May I remove the attribution link?
Yes. If you want to remove the attribution link at the bottom of each page, you may do so after donating $5 to support the theme’s continued development.
Why did you develop a free WordPress theme?
Honestly? Two reasons. First, I’ve done a lot of work with WordPress, but never in a form that could be released to the public in one package. I built the theme because I wanted to provide my own clean, professional design to the development community.
Second, it’s just good marketing! Web design has become so prevalent that it’s almost a commodity, so every advantage counts for something. Releasing a WordPress theme helps to get my name out there and spread the word about my services. And, it’s a nice portfolio booster!
