Is Flatiron right for me?

Flatiron was built for anyone who needs a clean, professional design that showcases the site content rather than its appearance. The theme is bold, sure, but it also recedes in order to better present your content.

Flatiron is especially useful for websites that might be viewed on different types of monitors. Because of its fluid grid, the theme adapts to both standard and widescreen monitors, making it ideal for sites where that could be a concern.

Flatiron is perfect for:

  • Corporate Blogs
  • Professional Offices
  • Social Organizations
  • Personal Blogs

What does Flatiron include?

Flatiron’s features include:

  • Analytics-Ready
  • Customizable Two- or Three-Column Layout
  • Two Fully-Widgetized Sidebars

  • Microformat Compatible

What does the name mean?

Flatiron is named after the eponymous New York building, as well as the neighborhood which surrounds it.

The building, a Beaux-Arts masterpiece, was among the first real skyscrapers ever built. It’s really quite beautiful; see it if you ever get the chance!
